How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is self-service and takes less than a minute. Two ways to cancel:
Option 1: Cancellation Portal:
- Go to the Cancellation Portal
- Log in if needed
- Confirm your cancellation
Option 2:
Go to your Account> Manage My Plan.
When you cancel, the change applies to future charges only, you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again after that. Cancelling does not reverse a charge already processed.
Once done, you'll see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email. No phone calls, emails, or manual approval required.
Example: If you buy an annual subscription on January 1st and cancel on July 1st:
- You'll keep full access until December 31st.
- You will not be charged again on January 1st.
